Proposal Writer
Analytica is seeking an energetic and dynamic Technical Proposal Writer to directly support growth efforts across the company. As a Technical Proposal Writer, you will organize and prepare information and data in support of a variety of publications for a Federal Government audience. Technical/proposal writing requires an understanding of information technology (IT) and management consulting services. Tasks include creation of Federal Government proposal responses, past performance and resume write-ups, white papers, and responses to Requests for Information, and marketing information. This will be a hybrid role (planned for 1x a week in-office).

Responsibilities:
Determines content by studying requests for proposal (RFPs, RFIs, etc.); attending strategy meetings; speaking with subject matter experts.
Supports the Proposal Manager and the proposal process. Meets proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates; coordinating requirements with contributors; and reporting proposal status.
Proactively gathers proposal information by identifying sources of information and interviewing subject matter experts.
Develops proposal content by assembling information and creating solutions/outcomes/benefits outlines.
Contributes to proposal graphics development.
Writes, revises, and edits drafts including executive summaries and technical, management, corporate capability statements, past performance, resume, and pricing sections as assigned.
Maintains quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone; maintaining proposal support databases.
Supports marketing efforts by developing and writing market collateral materials including blogs and white papers as needed.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant Bachelor’s degree required; Masters a plus
Minimum of three (3) years of related experience
Minimum of one (1) years of technical writing experience
Experience managing MS SharePoint Online, including document versioning and document management
Experience with Applications MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), including Office 365
Strong understanding of Government Proposals (i.e., RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, etc.) and the Proposal Response process. Familiarity with the Shipley Method or APMP membership a plus
Understanding of Information Technology (IT) concepts, management processes, and Federal Government IT service delivery best practices.
