DevSecOps Solution Architect

Responsibilities Include:
- Design and maintain DevOps infrastructure.
- Develop infrastructure testing procedures and confirm that they are properly implemented.
- Monitor key performance metrics to ensure the DevSecOps infrastructure is capable of meeting them.
- Maintain knowledge of new industry used tools and techniques and recommends updates to management.
- Work closely with developers and engineers to develop applications architectures, align development plans, and to ensure effective integration among information systems and the IT infrastructure.
- Ensure that solutions are continuously improved, supported, and aligned with industry standards as well as emerging business requirements.
- Understand the interactions between systems, applications, and services within the environment, and evaluate the impact of changes or additions.
- Analyze systems and perform testing to ensure performance and reliability, enhance scalability, and meet security requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or substitute additional years of related experience.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the IT field focusing on development projects, DevSecOps and technical architecture.
- Minimum of three (3) years in architecture and design of enterprise applications in cloud platforms, preferably in AWS.
- Possess expertise in large-scale, high-performance enterprise application deployment and solution architecture on complex heterogeneous environments in AWS.
- Strong understanding and work experience in DevSecOps such as, but not limited to Java, CI/CD, Infrastructure and Code automation, Kubernetes, and AWS suite of services.
- DHS/USCIS experience is highly preferred
- Must be US Citizen, with ability to secure a public trust clearance
- AWS Certification is a strong plus
