Data Analytics Program Manager
Analytica is seeking a Data Analytics Program Manager to manage a high-profile program for a federal health care client involving data and analytics products development and management. Prior experience in the military health system (DHA or VA) is essential as well as the ability to work directly with clients in both a consulting and delivery capacity to tackle complex, data science and technology projects.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Lead multiple data engineering and data analytics workstreams consisting of a mix of technical and non-technical personnel, including data engineers, data scientists and data analysts.
- Engage regularly with clients at numerous levels of military health care including project managers, stakeholders, end-users, data owners, analysts, IT groups, management, and executives.
- Coordinate closely with the overall Program Manager to align on workstream needs, deliverables, and client relations.
- Ensure project activities and deliverables are accomplished within the general scope of project requirements.
- Manage program financials, risks and issues, staffing, organization, clearance needs and other activities as needed with the support of the Analytica corporate infrastructure.
- Manage workstream project managers and work with them to coordinate all efforts across program workstreams.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Data & Analytics, Computer Science, or Health Care Informatics, or related field; Masters preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required
- 8+ years’ experience managing data/analytics programs with at least 3+ years of managing these programs within the military health care system
- Experience performing or leading data/analytics programs leveraging a complex, diverse ecosystem of cloud and hybrid tool environments.
- Experience using data analytical tools such as Python, SAS, and/or SQL and leveraging data from Cerner or similar Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- Demonstrated experience interfacing with clients, technical SME's, and other project team members to establish, monitor and perform against requirements and deliverable
- Proven leadership and communication abilities with strong technical writing and presentation skills.
- Must have experience supporting DHA programs or initiatives
- Must be a US citizen
- Must have an active Secret Clearance
