Analytica is seeking a technically skilled Communications Strategist to support USCIS in streamlining and improving business operations and information technology investments. This includes executive consulting, program/project management support, Agile adoption, governance support, and technology integration across VER, and FOD. In this hands-on role, you will will facilitate cross-functional collaboration among USCIS offices and external agencies, implement Agile methodologies, and support data-driven decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations or related field.
Skills/Competencies: Demonstrated expertise in executive-level communications, messaging frameworks, and stakeholder engagement. Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives. Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills tailored for diverse audiences. Ability to coordinate across functional teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging.
