Senior Graph Database Developer

Key Responsibilities
- Lead graph database development and ETL processes on large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
- Design, implement, and maintain graph data models, ensuring alignment with ontological references and business requirements.
- Develop and maintain data structures, schemas, indexes, and relationships to optimize performance, scalability, and analytical use cases.
- Identify and document entity relationships, referential integrity constraints, and key structures, including analysis of tradeoffs between alternative graph and hybrid schemas.
- Collaborate with database administrators, data engineers, and stakeholder teams to validate data accuracy, formatting, and reliability.
- Document graph models, ETL processes, and scripts consistent with industry best practices and government guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise database environments.
- 4+ years of Cypher experience including data modeling and query optimization.
- Strong experience designing and implementing ETL processes for large-scale data environments.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling, including schema design and performance optimization.
- Experience supporting federal financial, compliance, regulatory, or tax administration systems is highly preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain an IRS Public Trust clearance (MBI)
