Recruiter's Call: The process begins with a recruiter reaching out to potential candidates. During this initial call, the recruiter will provide an overview of the position and gather preliminary information about the candidate's background and experience.

Criteria Assessment: Criteria Assessment is a quick, online test that helps the hiring team understand the candidate's skills, problem-solving ability, and work style to ensure the best fit for the role. It takes about 20 minutes and can be completed anytime on any device, phone or computer—no special preparation needed.

Rounds of Interviews: Based on the initial call and the hiring manager's approval, the recruiter will establish direct interviews with the team. There may be multiple rounds of interviews that is designed to assess the candidate's qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.

Final Decision: After the interviews, the hiring team will review the candidate's performance and make a final decision. Analytica is seeking a Senior Graph Database Developer to support a highly complex critical federal program requiring advanced graph-based data engineering and analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and optimization of graph data models and associated ETL pipelines, supporting large-scale structured and unstructured datasets. This role requires deep expertise in graph database technologies, data modeling, and ETL processes, as well as the ability to collaborate across technical and stakeholder teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead graph database development and ETL processes on large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
Design, implement, and maintain graph data models, ensuring alignment with ontological references and business requirements.
Develop and maintain data structures, schemas, indexes, and relationships to optimize performance, scalability, and analytical use cases.
Identify and document entity relationships, referential integrity constraints, and key structures, including analysis of tradeoffs between alternative graph and hybrid schemas.
Collaborate with database administrators, data engineers, and stakeholder teams to validate data accuracy, formatting, and reliability.
Document graph models, ETL processes, and scripts consistent with industry best practices and government guidelines.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience supporting enterprise database environments.
4+ years of Cypher experience including data modeling and query optimization.
Strong experience designing and implementing ETL processes for large-scale data environments.
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling, including schema design and performance optimization.
Experience supporting federal financial, compliance, regulatory, or tax administration systems is highly preferred
Ability to obtain and maintain an IRS Public Trust clearance (MBI)
