Hiring Process at Analytica

At Analytica, we follow a structured hiring process to ensure we select the best candidates for our team. Here is an overview of our hiring process:

Recruiter's Call: The process begins with a recruiter reaching out to potential candidates. During this initial call, the recruiter will provide an overview of the position and gather preliminary information about the candidate's background and experience.

Rounds of Interviews: Based on the initial call and the hiring manager's approval, the recruiter will establish direct interviews with the team. There may be multiple rounds of interviews that is designed to assess the candidate's qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.

Final Decision: After the interviews, the hiring team will review the candidate's performance and make a final decision. If the team decides to present an offer, the recruiter will directly call the candidate to discuss details such as salary, benefits, start date, etc. Others will also be notified through email or a call.

Impersonation Scams

We would like to bring to your attention the increasing number of impersonation scams targeting organizations worldwide. These scams involve individuals pretending to be someone from the hiring team such as HR manager or recruiters, to deceive you into providing sensitive information or making unauthorized transactions.

To protect yourself, please follow these guidelines:

Verify the Sender: Always double-check the sender's email address and contact details. If something seems off, do not hesitate to reach out to the person directly using a known and trusted communication method.

Be Cautious with Requests for Sensitive Information: Be wary of any unexpected requests for sensitive information, such as passwords, financial details, or personal data. Legitimate organizations will never ask for such information via email.

Look for Red Flags: Pay attention to any unusual language, spelling mistakes, or urgent requests that pressure you to act quickly. These are common signs of a scam.

Report Suspicious Activity: If you receive a suspicious email or message, report it immediately to our IT department. Do not respond or click on any links or attachments.

Stay Informed: Keep yourself updated on the latest scam tactics and best practices for cybersecurity. Regularly attend training sessions and read our security bulletins.

Analytica is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a federal health project in the Baltimore/Washington metro area. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with clients in both a consulting and delivery capacity to tackle complex, enterprise information/Data Analytics technology projects.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Regularly interface with clients at numerous levels of an organization— Agency executives, project managers, stakeholders, end-users, data owners, analysts, IT groups, management, and executives—to drive the delivery of technology projects
Manage program and project agile delivery ceremonies and activities as required, including Program Increment Planning, Epic / User stories creation, product and sprint backlog grooming, daily stand-up meetings, scrum-of-scrum meetings, JIRA board management, sprint reviews and retrospectives
Provide client interface and consulting support to delivery and engineering teams on business analysis, technology approach, solutions, project management process and client engagement to drive delivery success
Manage project and program financials and staffing, ensuring projects are achieving financial goals and targets
Support program marketing, business development and proposal efforts to ensure growth under portfolio
Perform as data services thought leader for the team and client demonstrating value from the perspective of understanding the client mission and applying valued data services and data analytic products to solve the client’s most significant operational challenges

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field
SAFe, and PMP certification strongly preferred
7+ years’ consulting, agile project team role, business analyst or similar experience
Demonstrated experience working with Agile framework and facilitating all Agile Scrum ceremonies including designing EPIC / User stories, sprint backlog grooming, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives
Experience leading analytic teams and delivering analytic products as well as data engineering solutions like a governance framework
Demonstrated experience interfacing with clients, technical SME's, and other project team members to establish, monitor and perform against requirements and deliverables
Experience working with data solutions and technologies from a management perspective
Experience working with federal health clients, like the Defense Health Agency (DHA)
Proven leadership and communication abilities
Must be able to maintain a Secret Clearance
U.S. Citizen required to perform the role
