Senior Technical Project Manager
As a Senior Technical Project Manager at Analytica, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale data initiatives. You will serve as the central point of coordination, aligning multidisciplinary contractors and government teams to achieve project objectives, meet contract performance goals, and ensure compliance with federal lifecycle management practices.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Regularly interface with clients at numerous levels of an organization - project leads, stakeholders, data owners, management, and executives - to drive the delivery of technology projects.
- Provide client interface and consulting support to delivery and engineering teams on business analysis, technology approach, solutions, and project management processes, and engagement to drive delivery success.
- Develop and maintain individual project schedules aligned to delivery of new data pipelines, data products, and project deliverables.
- Ensure development, operations and maintenance, and reporting tasks are synchronized across project team.
- Provide program risk and quality oversight including alignment to quality assurance surveillance plan, issue logs, and corrective actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing federal IT program in data management, analytics, or modernization initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing full lifecycle projects in agile frameworks and interfacing with clients, technical subject matter experts, and other project team members.
- Must have active MBI Clearance
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent certification preferred.
- Familiarity with data platform technologies such as Databricks, Informatica, AWS, and cloud-native architecture preferred.
