Recruiter's Call: The process begins with a recruiter reaching out to potential candidates. During this initial call, the recruiter will provide an overview of the position and gather preliminary information about the candidate's background and experience.

Criteria Assessment: Criteria Assessment is a quick, online test that helps the hiring team understand the candidate's skills, problem-solving ability, and work style to ensure the best fit for the role. It takes about 20 minutes and can be completed anytime on any device, phone or computer—no special preparation needed.

Rounds of Interviews: Based on the initial call and the hiring manager's approval, the recruiter will establish direct interviews with the team. There may be multiple rounds of interviews that is designed to assess the candidate's qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.

Final Decision: After the interviews, the hiring team will review the candidate's performance and make a final decision. If the team decides to present an offer, the recruiter will directly call the candidate to discuss details such as salary, benefits, start date, etc. Others will also be notified through email or a call.

Analytica is seeking a Systems Architect – Infrastructure to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of secure, scalable IT infrastructure supporting advanced analytics and machine learning solutions. This role is ideal for a senior technical leader who can balance strategic infrastructure architecture with hands-on execution.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring infrastructure reliability, performance, and security, while enabling modern data and AI/ML workloads. Working closely with cross-functional technical leads, you will align infrastructure capabilities with program and mission requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure environments
Oversee infrastructure planning, deployment, and ongoing maintenance across cloud and/or hybrid environments
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of systems supporting data, analytics, and machine learning workloads
Collaborate with data, application, and security teams to align infrastructure solutions with program requirements
Define and implement infrastructure standards, best practices, and architectural patterns
Monitor and optimize system performance, capacity, and cost efficiency
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications
