Hiring Process at Analytica

At Analytica, we follow a structured hiring process to ensure we select the best candidates for our team. Here is an overview of our hiring process:

Recruiter's Call: The process begins with a recruiter reaching out to potential candidates. During this initial call, the recruiter will provide an overview of the position and gather preliminary information about the candidate's background and experience.

Rounds of Interviews: Based on the initial call and the hiring manager's approval, the recruiter will establish direct interviews with the team. There may be multiple rounds of interviews that is designed to assess the candidate's qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.

Final Decision: After the interviews, the hiring team will review the candidate's performance and make a final decision. If the team decides to present an offer, the recruiter will directly call the candidate to discuss details such as salary, benefits, start date, etc. Others will also be notified through email or a call.

Impersonation Scams

We would like to bring to your attention the increasing number of impersonation scams targeting organizations worldwide. These scams involve individuals pretending to be someone from the hiring team such as HR manager or recruiters, to deceive you into providing sensitive information or making unauthorized transactions.

To protect yourself, please follow these guidelines:

Verify the Sender: Always double-check the sender's email address and contact details. If something seems off, do not hesitate to reach out to the person directly using a known and trusted communication method.

Be Cautious with Requests for Sensitive Information: Be wary of any unexpected requests for sensitive information, such as passwords, financial details, or personal data. Legitimate organizations will never ask for such information via email.

Look for Red Flags: Pay attention to any unusual language, spelling mistakes, or urgent requests that pressure you to act quickly. These are common signs of a scam.

Report Suspicious Activity: If you receive a suspicious email or message, report it immediately to our IT department. Do not respond or click on any links or attachments.

Stay Informed: Keep yourself updated on the latest scam tactics and best practices for cybersecurity. Regularly attend training sessions and read our security bulletins.

ANALYTICA is seeking a Technical Recruiter to be responsible for the full life cycle recruiting and onboarding of technical specialists and various internal overhead positions. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and onboarding technical specialists by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external). The ideal candidate will be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

This is a hybrid position with the occasional on-site requirement.

Responsibilities include but may not limited to (Duties may vary by assignment or contract):

Partners and communicates with hiring manager or account manager to identify staffing needs and the technical requirements for those jobs.
Assists with writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
Screens applicants for competency with the job requirements, interview candidates (by phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments, and make recommendations for hire (or not hire).
Keep up to date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments.
Manages and keeps track of all applicant’s activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
Performs background and reference checks and delivers employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt position openings.
Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e., benefits, compensation, non-competition agreements, etc.).
Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as career fairs, on-line job fairs, community network events, etc.
Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations.
Maintains membership and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to industry.
Assists in the new hire onboarding process to include tax forms, I-9 forms, and other onboarding documents.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

3 - 5 years Technical Recruiting experience in government and/or defense contracting
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Microsoft teams meeting, etc.)
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with the JazzHR Applicant Tracking System
Basic knowledge of business intelligence and data analytics tools
