Recruiter's Call: The process begins with a recruiter reaching out to potential candidates. During this initial call, the recruiter will provide an overview of the position and gather preliminary information about the candidate's background and experience.

Criteria Assessment: Criteria Assessment is a quick, online test that helps the hiring team understand the candidate's skills, problem-solving ability, and work style to ensure the best fit for the role. It takes about 20 minutes and can be completed anytime on any device, phone or computer—no special preparation needed.

Rounds of Interviews: Based on the initial call and the hiring manager's approval, the recruiter will establish direct interviews with the team. There may be multiple rounds of interviews that is designed to assess the candidate's qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.

Final Decision: After the interviews, the hiring team will review the candidate's performance and make a final decision. Analytica is seeking a Systems Architect – DevSecOps to provide strategic and technical leadership in designing, implementing, and optimizing secure, scalable, and automated enterprise data platforms and cloud solutions. This role serves as the lead DevSecOps architect responsible for integrating modern software engineering, security, and infrastructure automation practices into enterprise data ecosystems, with a strong emphasis on Databricks, AWS, and cloud-native technologies.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in DevSecOps, cloud architecture, infrastructure automation, and platform engineering who can bridge Data Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Development teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
DevSecOps Architecture & Leadership

Serve as the Lead DevSecOps Architect for enterprise data platforms and cloud solutions.
Provide expert technical leadership and architectural guidance to project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
Design, implement, and oversee secure, scalable, and automated architectures supporting cloud and hybrid environments.
Establish DevSecOps standards, governance, and best practices that enable rapid, secure, and reliable software delivery.

Required Qualifications:
