Analytica is seeking a Systems Architect – DevSecOps to provide strategic and technical leadership in designing, implementing, and optimizing secure, scalable, and automated enterprise data platforms and cloud solutions. This role serves as the lead DevSecOps architect responsible for integrating modern software engineering, security, and infrastructure automation practices into enterprise data ecosystems, with a strong emphasis on Databricks, AWS, and cloud-native technologies.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in DevSecOps, cloud architecture, infrastructure automation, and platform engineering who can bridge Data Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Development teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
DevSecOps Architecture & Leadership

  • Serve as the Lead DevSecOps Architect for enterprise data platforms and cloud solutions.
  • Provide expert technical leadership and architectural guidance to project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Design, implement, and oversee secure, scalable, and automated architectures supporting cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Establish DevSecOps standards, governance, and best practices that enable rapid, secure, and reliable software delivery.
  • Mentor engineering teams on modern DevSecOps methodologies, infrastructure automation, and platform engineering principles.
Automation & Security
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for applications, infrastructure, and data solutions.
  • Integrate security controls, automated testing, compliance validation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Champion DevSecOps practices that embed security, governance, and quality into every stage of solution delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
Strategic Collaboration
  • Collaborate with program architects, technical leadership, and stakeholders to align platform architecture with business and mission objectives.
  • Partner with Data Engineering, Infrastructure, Development, and Security teams to deliver integrated enterprise solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative platform capabilities that improve engineering efficiency and system reliability.
  • Provide architecture reviews, technical roadmaps, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in DevSecOps, cloud architecture, platform engineering, or enterprise infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a technical lead or subject matter expert for enterprise DevSecOps or cloud modernization initiatives.
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical teams supporting enterprise data platforms and cloud solutions.
  • Experience implementing DevSecOps practices within regulated or federal environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise data platforms and cloud modernization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of cloud security frameworks, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure automation and platform standardization.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and product-oriented platform development.
